I was catching up with the talented cake-make Janet Mohapi Banks (http://janetmohapibanks.com/) this week and I just told her that I loved planning male gay weddings. Contrary to many beliefs, civil partnerships aren’t all about pink suits and burlesque acts. In fact, I find that many gay couples are after something classic and elegant, which is very much my personal trademark. John & Ross’s civil partnership at Botleys Mansion last September was a good example of it ( http://www.boutiquewedding.uk.com/gallery/autumn_civil_partnership_at_botleys_mansion ).
All of this explains why I am so very excited about the launch today of Two Men on a Cake (http://www.twomenonacake.com/ ), an online magazine for male gay couples who are getting married. Editor Stu, who is himself planning his own wedding, wants to provide practical and inspirational ideas to men who are getting married as well as featuring real weddings. There was definitely a need for it on the market, and I wish Two Men on a Cake a happy and successful life!
